Stretch Tent Riggers Wanted in 2024

JOB DESCRIPTION

Intent are looking for a one or more stretch tent riggers to supplement our existing team. The role would be assisting with installations, removals, and job loading/unloading - based from our Reigate Warehouse.

We are looking for hardworking, reliable and approachable crew to add to our roster of flexible workers. Flexible days and hours would suit candidate who already has part time or ad hoc work in similar or relatable working environment.

Fixed weekly days are also a possibility as is the possibility of development into more secure hours and role.

We are very busy from March until December and as such need to increase our crew numbers.

Working with stretch tents is unlike working with any other structure. Every tent is different and no two days or installation are ever the same. Stretch tents rigged properly will constantly test your knowledge and judgement. We have an expanding business and this role reflects that. The initial focus will be to develop rigging skills and an understanding of what is required to be a crucial team member.

If you have experience rigging Stretch Tents then get in touch. Those with experience of working on event sites, structure building, or hard physical outdoor work are also welcome to apply. We’ll consider applicants who have some trade knowledge or skills which may add to our knowledge base (building, fabrication, landscaping etc).

Above all we are looking for reliable and hardworking candidates who can communicate clearly..

DETAILS

Pay starts at £13.29 per hour including holiday pay but experienced applicants will be offered between £14-£15 per hour depending on previous rigging experience.

We are based in Reigate, Surrey. As such require applicants within a reasonable commuting distance. Start times vary every day, hours can be long and 6AM starts are not unusual

Full Clean UK Driving Licence Essential

If you have tickets for forklifts, telehandler or similar this will be taken into account.

We are looking for candidates to start over the next month. Interviews will take place online with follow ups in person.
