China White at Cartier Polo

We were asked for two installations to cover the outdoor bars at the prestigious Cartier Polo Tournament, situated within the infamous China White enclosure widely renowned for its heady mix of royalty, celebrity and society.

The two structures needed to be configured in such a way that they represented mirror images of each other whilst offering free flowing access to the bars.

We used two white 20mx10m Stretch Marquees. Each was configured in such a manner that, despite enjoying a contained atmosphere, guests could not only easily breeze in and out but also enjoy clear views of the rest of the party.

Special Projekt

We were faced with two main challenges. The first was to create an installation that utilised and complimented the unique surroundings, allowing the guests to enjoy the historic gardens whilst still offering protection.

The second challenge was time constraints and noise levels. As a venue, the gardens are highly in demand and situated within a residential area. This meant that we had a two hour window to install the marquee and an hour to dismantle it after the party in near silence.

As you can see from the photos the Stretch Marquee was configured in such a manner that the guests had clear views of the garden whilst still enjoying the contained atmosphere we had created.

Reading Festival

Faced with a confined space with strict perimeters we were asked to configure two Stretch Marquees to create a dynamic, eye-catching space that fitted the client’s image.

We used two black tents, a 14mx10m and a 12x10m. The back tent was configured in such a way as to create an enclosed and stylishly contained atmosphere. The front tent was seamlessly connected and configured to create a dramatic, crowd pulling vista.

Bath Garden Party

Our client handed us a brief that included multiple changes in levels and a variety of structures that needed to be seamlessly joined together. It is within this kind of terrain that our unrivalled experience with the structure provides us with the creative edge and skill to achieve the client’s demands. The Stretch Marquee in this environment really comes into a league of its own.

Using chemical bolts we attached a 15mx10m high up against the house, and cascaded the tent away from it to create a dramatic main area for the party. To this main structure we then attached auxiliary tent to cover a bar, dance floor and a surfing machine!

Shoreditch House

In order to facilitate a high profile product launch we were asked to install a Stretch Marquee six floors up on the roof of this prestigious London venue.

Having carefully planned our approach to these challenging logistics we employed a rope access team to install chemical bolts in predetermined attachment point that were previously inaccessible. Having done so, we proceeded to install the Stretch Marquee in accordance with our client’s specifications of shelter but sweeping views of the City’s skyline.
